The concept art is offline, so you cant really measure differences, but tell me guys, what is wrong so far? Also, i have some challenging parts i'd like someone to look at, like the legs and the breastplate piece. I am having issues with edgeflow apparently.

Not sure what you mean, somewhat puzzled by the overall design; bottom looks like a satyr to me, upper body feels incomplete / featureless ( or is it because the head isn't done yet? )
As far as I can tell this could reflect the original design... Per se the modeling work looks pretty decent to me.
